For close to 20 years I have lived my life as a citizen of the world, moving between homes in three countries (US, UK and France) several times a year. I work with people on every continent in many walks of life. My biggest takeaway: human beings long to have an impact on their world, and each has a role to play. This podcast is dedicated to people all around the world who listen, act and never give up. Thanks for tuning in.

Meet Pratik Moholkar
Pratik Moholkar is a real-estate investor in the United Kingdom who started his own business at the age of 18 years old. Currently he is working towards his short-term goal of acquiring $2 million worth of real-estate. His long-term mission is to inspire, motivate and teach other entrepreneurs the path to financial freedom and success he has mastered.
Pratik is also studying for a degree in Real-Estate (BSc) at a University in the United Kingdom. As a by-product of his qualification he wants to show other like-minded individuals how they too can find the balance in their life, no matter how busy they think they are, to make their dreams come true.
